All our Reflections coffins are manufactured entirely on site at our award winning factory in Tyne and Wear, by skilled craftsmen.

Our new factory was built in 2004 to the highest of standards exceeding environmental regulations then and today. Our machinery is powered by our own combined Biomass heat generator, which converts our waste product into usable energy.

Once the design has been approved, it is scaled to the correct dimensions and printed on one of our large format printers. The images used in our Reflections range are printed on FSC certified paper, using water based inks. We do not use Vinyl or Solvent born inks, these do not readily degrade and cause toxic emissions when burnt, which are polluting to the atmosphere.

The image is then applied by hand to a traditional style coffin. The coffin is made from medium density fibre board, certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, giving you an incredibly robust and durable product that won't damage easily.

Finally, the coffin is sprayed to protect and seal the artwork, resulting in a beautiful satin finish.
